Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for HD&Me’s two paid products: the Personalized Report and the Foundational Reading with Rachel. Read the section that applies to what you bought.

Personalized Report

The Personalized Report is a digital product. We generate it from the birth data you submit at purchase and deliver it by email.

Refund window

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if your report has not yet been generated and delivered. Reports are generated within 24 hours of purchase. Once your report has been delivered to your email, the sale is final.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation number. We will confirm whether the report has been generated and process the refund through Stripe if it has not.

Errors and quality issues

If your report contains factual errors (wrong type, wrong authority, wrong profile) based on the birth data you submitted, email [email protected] and we will re-issue the corrected report at no charge. If you submitted incorrect birth data and want it re-run with corrected data, we will re-issue once for free.

Foundational Reading with Rachel

The Foundational Reading is a one-on-one live session with Rachel, scheduled at booking.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your reading at no charge with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session. Use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].

Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session are accommodated case by case. We will do what we can but cannot guarantee a new time and may charge a 50% rescheduling fee if the original slot cannot be filled.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session forfeit 50% of the booking fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the full fee.

No-shows

If you do not appear within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time and we have not heard from you, the session is treated as a no-show and the full fee is forfeited.

If Rachel needs to reschedule

If we need to reschedule your session for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a new time that works for you at no additional charge, or a full refund. We handle our reschedules the same way regardless of how close to your session the change happens.

Emergencies and exceptional circumstances

We treat true emergencies and serious unforeseen circumstances case by case. If something urgent prevents you from attending or rescheduling, email [email protected] and tell us what is going on. We are real people and we understand that real life happens.
